After finishing basic musical education and high school, he studied jazz piano on the "University of Music and Performing Arts", Graz - Austria. Then he moved to New York City where hi performed as a studio and live musician in numerous bands with different musical genres. He also has many years of professional experience playing the piano at cocktail parties and events of all kinds. He´s also a composer and arranger.
His musical talent has been developed by many years studying great musical geniuses such as: Keith Jarrett, McCoy Tyner, Chick Corea, Herbie Hancock, Kenny Kirkland, Bobo Stanson, David Kikoski...
Eli was always under the influence of great musicians, but he develops his own musical approach and style. Unlike his performance on the piano, which is more traditional & contemporary jazz, his studio work touching on all kinds of music genres.
