Oxman, Keith (Jay), tenor saxophone; b. Denver, CO, 14 August 1958. He has played in Denver since the mid 70s. Except for 1992 to 2000 lived in Colorado Springs, Colorado), he has lived in Denver all of his life. His parents are Louis (b. Denver, CO, January 10, 1922) and Fannie-Rose Oxman (b. Oklahoma City, OK, February 13, 1932). Neither parent is a musician. They are both still alive. He has one sister named Juli Ann Oxman at birth. Now married as Juli Ann Harnett. She was born in Denver Colorado on August 29, 1960.
Oxman studied privately with Nick Romeo from about 1967 to 1970. Studied with Willie Hill, Jr. during most of the 1970's. He attended Carson Elementary in Denver from early 60s to 1970. He attended Hill Jr. High School in Denver from 1970 to 1973. Hettended George Washington High School in Denver, Colorado from 1973- 1976. He
