In PA Pekka Pohjola is part of the Jazz Rock/Fusion subgenre, so would that make him land in classic fusion over here? http://www.progarchives.com/artist.asp?id=781
Snobb seems to have reviewed a couple of his albums, so maybe he's got an opinion of the proper subgenre?

Basically thats instrumental prog-rock with enough world fusion and jazz-rock elements to qualify for JR/Rock.
