Just a few pretty tracks

Loved the Janko Nilovic piece - wow. Having trouble recommending something similar.
Select songs from The Cinematic Orchestra come to mind for some reason, but that's not quite right. I'll keep thinking...and have a listen to some others here

I like what I've heard of The Cinematic Orchestra.  The Nilovic album that's off (it's an album I had really wanted on a certain other site we both belong to) is a favourite of mine.

Here's a more applicable to this site track off of it, which I think brilliant (one of my all-time faves)  I uploaded it to youtube long ago , and had rather messed up slitting the track I think (had to put it one in two parts due to the lenght), so expect some repetition.

I have all of the albums these tracks are off and a lot of related music. And I have a fair amount of music  by all of the Mindbender composers -- there are some great related albums. I adore 60's and 70's Italian soundtrack composers, and have a lot of library music.  I was thinking about including some Morricone in this list, but couldn't decide on which track.

I kind of did this topic as a bit of a litmus test, to be honest.  Because this kind of music is so important to me, I wanted to see if others share my passion at this site.

I listened to a bit on youtube, maybe not the best stuff cause it didn't do much for me..  For some reason I thought you were going to mention St Germain.

It's off his Stone Flute.  It's been a favourite album of mine for some years.

Yeah, I need to get "Stone Flute" someday, that Hutcherson sounds nice too.

Gald to hear you're adding Nilovic -- I may have push, pushed for it and Herbie Mann for Stone Flute a bit at another site, but it is better suited to this one.

Sorry if I turn this poll into sort of a blog of some of my favourite music, but being such a small community, I don't expect many to comment on the poll, and this is a way for me to share some of my tastes and get recommendations.

Yeah, keep posting stuff, I'll definitely be checking it out. Lately I've been working like crazy, day and night, but I still get a few minutes here and there to check out some music.
