I could not find the changes anywhere. Your best bet is to find a veteran sax player, either at a club or as a teacher, and ask them.

Hi, I wonder if anyone can help, I am looking for the chords to Grand Street written by Sonny Rollins, I appreciate the fact that it is a 12 bar blues in G minor, but would like to get hold of the proper chords if at all possible.
