Hello everyone!
I am a relative novice when it comes to jazz but I do enjoy it very much! I have been living in Tokyo for about two and a half years now and I usually spend my saturday nights at a jazz bar where we do free jamming sessions and anyone can participate. Anyway, I have come to really like japanese jazz and I wanted to share a playlist that I have been curating on Spotify for a few months now! I know its cliche and not well accepted within the musician's community since royalties paid by spotify are famously low and the business in general isn't really kind to musicians.. however, its one of the best ways to reach potentially hundreds of thousands of people (stretching the expectations of how many jazz lovers actually USE spotify).
