I think the reason it was so cheap was that the call letters of the station are written in magic marker on the front and back, but the lp is in VG+ condition. That was a pretty rare find for me. I've found some other interesting lps at second hand stores, but they've just about always been in VG or less condition.

A few weeks ago I found an lp by The World Saxophone Quartet, Dances and Ballads, in Gettysburg, pa. It was used in a radio station and the call letters are written on the front, but the record is NM. It was worth it at 50 cents.
