No, we already have several genres that could cover any artist like that, Funk, Funk Jazz, Jazz Related Hip-Hop, Acid Jazz, Nu Jazz, Eclectic Fusion and RnB all contain jazz rap artists. 
I'm going to move this thread to the genre appreciation section.

Just a curious question

G-Funk aka west coast Hip Hop is a style of Hip Hop that has funk inspired instrumentals(mainly influenced by the flashy P-Funk of the 70s/80s) long story short it's the Funk equivalent to Jazz Rap

Could this be included under a new Jazz Related Genre or the Hip Hop one?
