Lester Bowie great artist. I have the ECM comp "Selected Recordings"

I find them a bit hit and miss personally, some tunes are great but some just sound like noodlin' to me at times and drag on but "one mans dinner is anothers poison". You can't say they are not different though Cool

Definitely a band whose's name has been on my radar for over 15 years, but never got around to checking them out.... Maybe JMA will finally give me the opportunity...
my music collection increased tenfolds when I switched from drug-addicted musicians to crazy ones....

started randomly clicking on tracks by these guys and realised they often have vocals, hopefully they have some completely instrumental albums?

I just fell in love with a track on youtube by these guys, but their imense discography intimidates me. What albums should I pick up if I enjoy this song?  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q4mTdOn5DzQ&feature=related

To me it sounds like its halway between Bitche's Brew and The Hypnotic Brass Ensemble. I like it, and I want more!
