Jimmy Smith - Eight Classic Albums

I already have At The Club Baby Grand Volume 1, but I couldn't turn it down at $16 for 8 albums.  Hopefully there are no omitted tracks like there is on a few other bundles I have by the same company.

Stumbled into a book store that was having a CD sale, selection was limited, but I found a few things I would want:

Miles -  "Live Around the World"
"Seven Steps to Heaven"
Bill Evans - "Alone"
Louis Armstrong - Hot 5 and Hot 7 recordings
Charlie Parker - Ken Burns collection

all live Masadas are generally better than studio ones

but the Electric Masada is absolute Zorn's avant-klezmer top!

I only have Live At Sevilla atm (sp?) but I bought it quite awhile ago before I was really into jazz or Zorn, but I remember enjoying it overall.

And yes! Electric Masada is gold. I think I prefer the Birthday performance to ATMOM, but both are excellent. I figured I should investigate the normal Masada, which is why I bought Middlehiem.
