What a great guitarist.  I enjoyed his playing with Sonny Rollins and Ron Carter.  Coincidently, I just picked up his album "Undercurrent" (with Bill Evans) at a flea market on Sunday.

That's sad news, one of my favs.

Love the Undercurrent album too. He did a nice version of Concierto de Aranjuez with Chet Baker for CTI which I often play

Yea, rally good guitarist. His album "Undercurrent" is very favorite some of my friends.

RIP. One of the first jazz albums I ever got into was the duet album with Pat Metheny. Beautiful music.

He did another album with Bill Evans, called "Intermodulation". Very tasty.
