I am just wondering. Doesn't this site have a full discography policy like PA or MMA?
If so i just noticed that MERZBOW is here and with only a smattering of the entire discography Is this because it is so ridiculously enormous that you just don't wanna put energy into it or that you only want to include relevant albums to the site given the epic proportions of the whole list? Just curios |

A little bit of all that actually, but you or anyone else is welcome to add more of his albums if you want. We have plenty of other work in the mean time.

Just out of curiosity, what from his discog made him eligible for the site?

Ahh.
I've just attributed to that being a collab effort, not a full out Merzbow album. But thanks...I just don't think of Merzbow as jazz.

He doesn't play jazz, that's why we have him in a jazz related sub-genre.

Even still.
It's all good though. I like that album as well. The one with just Pandi (Ducks) is pretty sweet too.

So does this mean that if say a brutal metal band put out one jazz album of Carpenters covers or something that they would unlock the golden keys into this here jazz club?

Then how is it possible that Merzbow can be here? One or two jazz oriented albums in a sea of hundreds is enough? I've only heard his electronic noise albums. Just wondering where the line is drawn for these cases

There is no 'line', someone saw that he had some AG jazz records in his discog and added him, its not very complicated.
