Album by Harry Evans (big brother of Bill) - a trio recorded 1969, released in the 1980s as a limited run, digitized just last year.

Harry mostly taught Jazz rather than performed / recorded, this might be of interest to Bill Evans fans

The new youth of my country is producing some really nice stuff, in the funk-jazz-hip hop style.

Here's Hola Pendeja, a very young group of people who released their album last year which makes funky jazz in a quite distinguished manner, I believe so. Not ultra complex, but some of the players are really good, like the drummer:
