I find it curious that Bela Fleck is included, but his band Bela Fleck and the Flecktones is not in the archives

I brought this up a couple weeks ago, their albums can be added under Bela Fleck's page.

The same goes for acts like Pat Metheny Group and Chick Corea Elektric Band

How much I agree with this is another story

Aren't Bela Fleck and Bela Fleck and the Flecktones the same thing?

I dunno, I wondered because all the albums listed are his solo works.  You know, no Wooten brothers

Discography-wise, no.

There are some albums without them, but they're all essentially Bela Fleck albums from what I understand.

I'm not sure why I even brought it up, though, when darkshade already settled the issue and I don't like Bela Fleck at all.

LOL

Bela Fleck & The Flecktones are a jazz-fusion band, founded by Bela Fleck and the Wooten Brothers.

Bela Fleck also has his own solo albums, so they are separate acts. For the purposes of this site, they go under one artist page
