Bummer, my favorite guitar player. I wonder why no one ever talked him into doing a solo album. I bet Bill Laswell tried, just guessing.

According to one of those articles up there, he may have a couple albums out there, maybe they didn't get finished yet.

Yes, I can remember when those albums were only legends in the US, and that you could only get them in Japan.

I found a rare copy of Agharta in a store in the late 70s, but it was a few more years before I could get Dark Magus and Pangea.

Now there's some evil, tribal, dirty funk. Pete made those albums awesome, along with Henderson on the bass. The world just lost one of the most inventive guitarists ever, and no one even realizes it.
