The West Kowloon Cultural District will stage two flagship music festivals - WestK Presents: Freespace Jazz Fest (Freespace Jazz Fest) and HKT x WESTK POPFEST (POPFEST) from October 24 to 27 and October 31 to November 3 respectively.

Held on two consecutive weekends, the two festivals will feature over 120 performances from musicians and bands around the world.

The second edition of POPFEST will integrate dance and visual arts, hosting Hong Kong’s largest outdoor music and dance party “Submerged Paradise,” where audiences can get a unique outdoor music festival experience; as well as “Submergence”, a big immersive light installation by UK artist team Squidsoup.

A major highlight of POPFEST, Popnorama, will showcase popular artists and music groups, including Anson Lo from MIRROR and the girl group COLLAR.

The sixth edition of Freespace Jazz Fest will feature collaborations with musicians from the mainland jazz scene, taking place at venues across the district, including Art Park and M+.

In addition to exploring Hong Kong, international tourists can take a short ferry ride to the vibrant city of Macao. The Macao Government Tourism Office is offering complimentary one-way tickets for direct ferry services from Hong Kong to Macao until December 31. Not to mention a seamless and complimentary journey from Hong Kong International Airport to the Macao Port of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge. Kindly note that complimentary bus tickets are limited and will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis. For more details, visit https://www.macaotourism.gov.mo/en/events/whatson/10619/.
