To go along with an older poll with two other Davis albums in the spotlight. Two albums, from the same day/festival, at what was (what most [sensible ] people would argue) the height of his career. So which do you prefer?

Ah. It is difficult for me this vote. Live of this was exactly done in Japan. These members might be one of the best organizations. By the way, because live of this was done in Japan, the Japanese is calling these two albums "AghaPan" as a pair. In the meaning of the eulogy. |

Agharta. It feels more inspired (Not that Pangaea isn't),I just feel the overall atmosphere is better.

Agharta seems a little more focused, the band moves with one mind on that album, I've never heard a band function like a unit on this level anywhere else.

Oh nice. I actually like Aghapan better than Agharta for a title.

Interesting though...I did think this would be a little closer.
I'll be the first vote for Pangaea. Disc 2 of Agharta is better, but Disc one drags it down a bit IMO. Pangaea is much more solid throughout to my ears, and I absolutely love the opening riff/segment/thing.

These monster albums need much more listens than I have dedicated before I vote.
