Hm, Ive been noticing that. Some people at PA had similar problems. Apparently you can get a proxy server for it, but I dont know how

This function does not seem to be able to join it newly somehow or other. Or there seems to be the regulation that I cannot participate in when there is not a person using this service to a friend anymore.

I think you can only use it in the US, which I didn't know until recently. But according to some people at PA, there's ways to get around it.
