You still don't need to add Bud Powell's bio, he is just added , his data base still isn't imported. It usually takes few days.
For any other artist with imported data base and without bio (what happens quite often), you need to go to "Add artist" section on front page left corner, when you'll scroll it, there is possible to add bio,photo and other info.

It should be in a Member Zone, unless the Collab can't add artist - I will check this

I checked, it was my fault - it looks only Special Collab can edit artist info. Sorry
