i am have been practicing jazz and learning scales, harmony, theory here and there for the past 3 years and i am learning more songs and trying to understand the composition and 251s. Is After You've Gone a good choice to start learning? i have experiences in Autumn Leaves, Misty, The nearness of you, it could happen to you and a little bit of someday my prince will come. Or should i just focus on playing easier ones and master them first?
any feedback would be nice! i just love the song ever since i listened to the emmets place version with Patrick Bartley

I've never played it but I just looked at the changes and it doesn't look very hard.
If you are looking for easy beginner tunes let me recommend, "Lover Man", "Tune Up" and "Satin Doll" I'm going to move this to Musicians Exchange section.
