Kind of screwed up this entry a while back (didn't have the full info)
 
first of all, it's a live release, from Cuneiform dating from 2005
 
the line-ups (I think I had that right)

Much betterThumbs Up... but there seems to be big gaps in the presentation between CD2 track list  and Line-ups
