This poll is about groups with various elements from 4 different decades which brought funk & jazz to the people with elements of their decade into the mix.
Bands with a solid identity and sound, that grooves like f****. Two UK acts and two US acts.

Of all the list, Tower Of Power are the only band I saw playing live. Level 42 remind me time when we were younger and grass was greener, but their chameleon synth-pop side is far not so attractive. Jamiroquai was an acid jazz idol (and still is on VH 1,etc), Snarky Puppy are ones I'm less familiar.
Go with Jay Kay

I feel they all from their time are the bridge between jazz snd comercial pedegry from esch of their decades Tower Of Power in the 70s, Level 42 in the 80s, Jamiroquai in the 90s and Snarky Puppy in the 00s-10s. I hounr their ability to connect artistic and hooky delight
