6 out of 10. Good. World jazz/music.
I left out John Zorn's Interzone, I think that was more avant-prog than avant-jazz, I can't seem to recall very well. It would have been in the first half of the top othewise.

You can easily try anything I have in the top 15, you should like any of them.
Thanks Slava, I might check it out (though I'm not the biggest fan of pure improv/free).
Are the covers showing in my OP? I forgot RYM doesn't allow hotlinking, so they might not show up for you.

Yes but I more at peace with 5* meaning I love it than 5* meaning masterpiece

^ If five stars is the maximum in your interpretation too, then it also implies masterpiece, whether you accept it or not.

Yes, but a personal masterpiece and not an universal one. 4 stars is more obvious, in Amazon style it's I like it, in PA it's essential. So I can like something without considering it essential to others As I said I feel more comfortable with the Amazon rating because it's
about my very personal impression, in PA I always start thinking is it
really a masterpiece? or is it really essential?

There is no such thing as a universal anything, let alone masterpiece

Ah yes! I definitely have to listen to it more. It has fallen to the wayside somehow. When I do listen to it, I do enjoy it though. So, for now, I cannot put it in the company above. :)
