It is a well-known fact to have affected many musicians. And he carried out various activities to send Indian music to the world. Of course it is a fact to have had jazz and connection as for him even if indirect. Anoushka Shankar and Norah Jones will succeed to it.

I have several Ravi Shankar records, he will be missed. I love his performance in the classic Monterrey Pop Festival video.
