I listen to downloads sometimes, especially when checking out musical samples, but generally I prefer something a little more real ...like a big double gatefold LP. Big smile
How about you'll?

Finished with vinyl some years ago and am not sure if will return back (who knows though?), CDs for now. Even d/loads - CD-burned versions (and FLAC only, no more MP3s):)

I get some vinyl if I really like the artist, love the size and feel, the joy of the artwork.
But 98 percent of my purchases are CD and the rest digital download - usually from the smaller labels/artists who often sell through bandcamp etc (and who usually ship a CD too, but offer download first options).

Definitely a materialized format forme (well, maybe not the 8-tracks of cassette anymore)

my music collection increased tenfolds when I switched from drug-addicted musicians to crazy ones....

Hard copy, though I use my iPod most of the time. However, I still have a need for CDs.
