ZU is a band from Italy. I just got an album called Carboniferous and it blows me away. It is a trio that consists of a bass, drums and baritone sax. It is a fusion of math rock, metal, free jazz and RIO / Avant prog.

We'll go ahead and add them. Their music doesn't have much jazz (syncopated rhythms, group improvisation), but their interactions with various members of the AG jazz community makes them part of the bigger picture.
