What do you think about this? as we see playing guitar as a form of mindful escapism, a way to create space between an individual and their busy mind. Guitar-playing is beneficial to your overall well-being and mental health in other ways, too, including helping you develop a greater sense of personal achievement. |

Playing musical instruments is good for you in so many ways. I teach people how to play for a living and even if you are not going to be a professional performer, the benefits of learning how to play a musical instrument are well documented. I also encourage people to play for and with others. This also carries more benefits in the social aspects.

Nice one. a strong mental wellbeing is closely aligned with optimistic and positive feelings. so, when your are having a bad day , there's nothing better than playing an uplifting and joyous song as loud as you can . The bright musical tones and lyrics will change or elevate your mood and empower you for the day ahead.
