74 MILES AWAY is a collaboration between jazz pianist/composer Pierre Anckaert, producer duo MonkeyRobot and flutist Stefan Bracaval. Heavy analogue synth action and deep Moog basslines are omnipresent, keeping the lush Fender Rhodes sound in balance.

It is not without a healthy level of megalomania that these Brussels based musicians named themselves after one of the Cannonball Adderley Quintet’s hottest albums.
