Abel is weaving a large variety of influences into his own voice, with sources including his own Hungarian heritage, the bebop and hard bop eras of acoustic jazz, the fusion genre of electric jazz, contemporary pop and rock as well as electronic music. Born in a family with a musician dad, he started to play piano at the age of 5 and guitar at the age of 11. He was 8 when he wrote my first complete song. He always loved underground rock music and fusion jazz. He studied piano in music school, then he got into a church music specified high school. At the age of 15 he started to show interest in jazz-piano and his father (Janos Nagy) taught him for almost 4 years.
