Born in 1974 in Blumenau, South of Brazil, Alex Rossi met the Harmonica in his childhood. On the way to school as on the road which he followed to visit his grand-mother, was the only harmonica factory of the Three Americas. He often went to the factory to observe the making of instruments … but no one seemed to be able to play it and the young Alexandre will wait to be 13 years old to put the lips on the cold metal of his very first harmonica.
Rewarding his melodic experiments with basic musical knowledge he has from the practice of saxophone and percussion, as technical information given at the factory, the young musician develops his own technique, slipping step by step into the world of harmony.
