Daniel Cano (b. Huelva, Spain) is a trumpeter and composer based in the UK since 2014. He has performed at such venues as Ronnie Scott’s, Philly Joe’s (Tallinn, Estonia), as well as the Tangier, San Sebastian, Margate, Seville Jazz Festivals to name but a few, with artists such as Doug Sides, Paco Charlín, Chris Kase, Dick Pearce, Peter King, Harris Eisenstadt, Alex Garnett, Wilfried Wilde and more. His first album as a leader, titled "Don't Touch The Blue", was released in 2015 by Blue Asteroid records.
A versatile and multifaceted musician, Daniel has been involved in projects such as the free-jazz bands “Ornetillos” and “Southern Free Bunch”, the afrobeat band “Larsen C & The Millennials and his Flamenco Quartet inspired by the music from Andalusia.
His last album "Social Music" was released in February 2019.
