Born in 1986 in Longjumeau, David Reinhardt is the grand-son of Django Reinhardt and son of Babik Reinhardt, and you can assume his talent matches the task of transmitting the legacy of the family. Well developed technique, lyricism, emotion, and sense of swing, are all qualities evident in this talented young musician.
He made his debut at the age of six years alongside his father on the stage of the Django d'Or "International Jazz Awards" at the Theatre Boulogne-Billancourt, 14 May 1993, both making one of the finest tributes to Django Reinhardt, the inventor of European jazz.
