Born in Prague, the city of a hundred spires. Has lived and played music on three continents, specifically in the U.S., Canada, Iceland, the UK, Israel and the Czech Republic. Educated at the Guildhall School of Music in London (classical guitar and composition) and the University of Essex (M.A. in Literature and Linguistics), George played with the Middle East Blues Band in Tel Aviv, Israel, with the chart topping group Kandis in Reykjavik, Iceland and has now been performing as a solo artist and with various bands in Toronto, Canada for the last couple of decades. He has recently relocated to Orlando and is now active on the Central Florida music scene.
George performs widely as a jazz guitarist and vocalist, focusing on the Classic American songbook, as well as gypsy jazz tunes and other "ethnically flavored" jazz. He works often as a solo artist but also has a jazz trio
