Singular and major figure of the French and European jazz scene, the pianist and the composer Jean-Pierre Como brilliantly became famous these last years either in quartet (Bolero in 2013, Scenario), in trio (Storia, Directory), in solo, or with « L’Ame Sœur » composed with a symphony orchestra.
He comes back this year with « Express Europa » his 10th solo opus, a powerful creation with multiple colors, tinged with pop and jazz. A new strong compositions, which reveals a part of his intimacy, revealing what gives a flavor to his life.
Jean-Pierre Como spent his childhood in a family marked by the Italian culture, music and party. Curious and sensitive, he begins to study music theory and piano at the age of 6 at the National Academy of Music of La Courneuve Aubervilliers.
