Jeremy Ajani Jordan was born in the city of Chicago and exhibited a passion for music at an early age. Jordan is a graduate of The Juilliard School in New York City, where he studied on the Howard & Ethel B. Ross, Bruno Raikin, and Van Cliburn scholarships with pianist Matti Raekallio. After completing his graduate studies at Juilliard in 2013, Jordan joined Pop Drone – a Canadian Record Label with a focus on jazz fusion, electro, and futurebeat music. Jordan is constantly working to fuse his training in classical music with jazz and other improvised music. These endeavors have lead to collaborations with renowned musicians from numerous disciplines and genres. He also remains an avid classical performer with solo appearances at Concertgebouw, Carnegie Hall, Ravinia Festival, and many other halls around the world.
