Lew Soloff (born February 20, 1944, Brooklyn, New York, USA – died March 8, 2015, New York City, New York, USA) was an American jazz trumpeter, flugelhorn player, composer, educator, and actor. He worked with many artists including Blood, Sweat And Tears from 1968 until 1973.
