LUCY is a Progressive Music Trio. Its compositions, brings a strong influence of progressive jazz-rock of the 70´s and 80´s. Its music is based on sound panoramas with ethnic, psychedelic and jazz-rock influences. LUCY presents an original material that includes a mix of instruments and electronic textures. References from the groups King Crimson, Weather Report, Yes, Genesis, Miles Davis, Chick Corea, John McLaughlin among others, appear in tones, sonorities, compositions and arrangements. The three musicians with experience in Progressive Rock from São Paulo, Brazil, since the 1970s, developed a fusion portfolio incorporating the experience of what they have heard and played in this period.
