Maisemat original approach to storytelling aims to explore the unique soundscapes present at the depths of the human mind. It's music is designed to guide the listener on a journey through the human condition, stopping at the depths of despair and culminating in the peak of euphoria.
The band was formed in Helsinki, Finland where the three improvisers first met and thus Maisemat, which means ‘Landscapes’ in Finnish, was born. The three travelers have joined forces to present a program of new original music composed by the members of the band.
