Marcin Wyrostek is an accordionist and the winner of the second edition of Poland's Got Talent. He is a lecturer at the Karol Szymanowski Academy of Music in Katowice and a member of the American Accordionists' Association.
The first accordionist in the family and Marcin's first teacher was his father. He became the owner of that instrument after Marcin's grandfather traded one of his cows for an accordion. Since that time the sound of accordion has always accompanied all family meetings. Marcin continued his music education in the primary and secondary music school in Jelenia Góra. He spent all nights practicing accordion in the garage so as not to wake up other family members.
