A stellar pianist, composer, and vocalist, Miho Nobuzane was born in Osaka, Japan where she majored in classical piano during college. She arrived in New York in 1996, where she began playing in a wide variety of styles, including jazz, Brazilian, R&B, African fusion, and latin jazz. These days you can find her in major New York City venues such as the Blue Note, Kitano New York, Jazz at Lincoln Center, Joe’s Pub, SOB’s, Zinc Bar, and B.B King — as well as touring the world.
In March.2007, Miho released her debut album, “Make You Happy: Brazilian jazz for making everyone happy!” Her music has been played on radio stations in the U.S. on WBGO 88.3 FM, and in Australia, Latin America, Europe, and the United States. In Buenos Aires,”La Gua Gua radiomix 89.1FM aired a Miho Nobuzane Brazilian jazz special broadcast and played her music for 30 minutes. In December
