Led by keyboardist Jason Lindner and featuring bassist Panagiotis Andreou and drummer Justin Tyson, Now vs. Now is a progressive electro-jazz rock trio like none other. The seeds of the band were planted in the early 2000s in New York City’s alternative jazz venues, where the players were able to blend together jazz, hip hop, rock, electronica and world music influences. Their most recent album, 2013’s Earth Analog (Now vs Now productions), was referred to by the New York Times as “a manifesto in the form of an album” and presents dynamic and thrilling music built around earthy, eclectic rhythms and melodies.
