Musician from Caracas-Venezuela who has made so far three solo albums. The first one “Bartók’s Room” (Musea Records 2.000) being published by a french company was chosen for the “Selection Of The Month” receiving great reviews from countries such as Austria, The U.S., Japan, Germany, Italy and Argentina. Later, the first of a trilogy is published: “Mitxelena III: Nauthiz” (independent release 2.004) and then a compilation of pieces written for two short films shot in Australia directed by Marcel Rasquin “Ring” (2.003) and “Happy Endings” (2.004) entitled “Música de película” (2.004). He’s been part of french pianist-composer Laurent LéCuyer’s jazz-fusion quartet since 2.004. Together they have played in numerous venues and Jazz fests. In 2.005 he joins the band “Bacalao Men” and works with them until 2.007.
