Tony made his first recording at 16 years of age, with Don Burrows, John Sangster and Bob Barnard. He has appeared at most of Australia’s jazz festivals and jazz festivals in Europe and the UK, accompanied visiting jazz and show-biz stars from overseas, won ‘best guitarist’ polls, Formed Australia’s first 5 guitar big band ‘Interplay’, led his own bands and worked as musical director on cruise ships.
