Viktor Sandström, born and raised in a small town in the north of Sweden called Östersund. At the age of twentyfive he has allready studied at the most renowned music schools in Europe. The young guitar player and composer has shown that he and his trio is something to keep an eye on in the future. His trio won JazzDenmarks competition Ung Jazz and has played concerts at the Copenhagen Jazz Festival, Aarhus Jazzfestival, toured Scandinavia, played with the american pianist Aaron Parks, Karl-Martin Almqvist, Gilad Hekselman, and warmed up for musicians such as Jerry Bergonzi, Kurt Rosenwinkel and Will Vinson at the Copenhagen Jazz House.
