This Dutch trio (trumpet/guitar/drums) defies categorization with imaginative compositions and improvisations.
Wild Man Conspiracy represents spontaneity, humor, creativity, playfulness and improvisation. The music is poetic and imaginative, the compositions are compact and widely varied, from cinematic and serene to rebellious and disturbing. Featuring established names from Dutch music, Guillermo Celano, Gerard Kleijn and Joost Kesselaar, who can create an orchestral sound with just the three of them.
The group released two acclaimed albums on the New York-based label Red Piano Records. On their most recent CD, Short Stories, each composition is like a short tale taking the listener on a journey. These three musicians aim for the same: beautiful, boudless and honest music with which they want to move their audience.
