The exciting journey of the fully emerging piano talent Benito Gonzalez on the occasion of the release of his fifth recording of originals: the inspired, moving, dancing Sing to the World.
On Sing to the World, Benito enlisted two drummers (for six tunes upstart Sasha Mashin and for four tunes the renowned Jeff “Tain” Watts who also appeared on Circles), two bassists (longtime partner Essiet Okon Essiet and jazz statesman Christian McBride who appeared on Starting Point and Circles), two trumpeters (old friend Nicholas Payton and young blood Josh Evans). On one tune Benito uses the Rainy Days Records saxophonist Makar Kashitsyn. With propulsive pulse and percussive drive, Benito places rhythm at the core of the album.
The album will be released on all digital platforms, CD, and Vinyl via rainydaysrecords.ru
