He have studied at the National Academy of Music «Pancho Vladigerov» Sofia (90-95) and at the National Conservatory of Music and Dance, Paris (95-98)
In 96 won the prize of best soloist at the «Tremplin de Jazz» in the city of Avignon chaired by Daniel Humair.
In 1998, the first prize in the jazz departement of C.N.S.M. de Paris and 3th prize for band at the national jazz competition of «La Défense».
