Originally released as "Mack the Knife and Other Berlin Theater Songs by Kurt Weill" by Sextet of Orchestra U.S.A. in 1965. Contains extra material. Eric Dolphy is only present on 3 of the 7 tracks of the original album. This edition also comes with three alternate takes from the session Dolphy didn't take part in.
As an extra bonus this edition also comes with 3 extra tracks from two 1960 (September 8 & 9) nonet sessions, featuring Benny Golson and Gunther Schuller, as well as Dolphy and Lewis.
