Gary Wilson, one of the most unique musicians ever, and a pioneer of outsider music This album is a great introduction to world of Gary Wilson, an avant garde, psychedelic and funky record. Don't let the label fool you this is faaaaaar from a typical R&B album, the the album sounds like an avant garde, twisted Steely Dan album. The intro track alone is almost horrifying, a noisy....well its noisy but the second track is our first actual song, your greeted with homemade synths and an almost teenage jersey accent(although I'm pretty sure he was a young adult at the time but whatever) and these songs are an excellent way to kick of the album. The next track is very notable 6.4 = Make Out is an avant funk track I really have no words this song is just astonishing and that's honestly how I'd describe the entire album. My favorite track here(aside from 6.4) is probably I Wanna Lose Control, a funk jazz track that's just super catchy. This is really hard to make a review for and I don't think any review can do it justice, you really need to listen to it for yourself
