This compilation captures some better moments from the first five LEB I SOL albums, released by PGP RTB label from 1978-82. Ethno-fusion fans will find this compilation more appealing than the double-CD "Anthology", because this one focuses on their early instrumental masterpieces of Macedonian traditional melodies and odd time signatures: "Devetka", "Aber dojde donke", "Kumova slama"... This CD should also be a useful introduction for jazz- rock and jazz listeners who never listened to LEB I SOL before.
